if clarenco are selling it it dosent say much for it, they already have other forts done up as hotels and seeing this one is close to london if they were that good id doubt they would be selling it.
500 odd a night i think they are.
time we got engaged i was looking for something different and had came across a hotel similar to this type but didnt choose it.

Portsdown... is that the installation that has a replica of the T45 destroyer radar systems? From a distance it looks like Daring is parked behind the hill

It is HMS Dyrad, the set up changes every new type of warship. It is now a working type 45 destroyer.
