'Anti-Stick' & 'Hot-Start'

Hello,

any one can give a good description about what is 'Anti-Stick' and what is 'Hot-Start'?

I searched the forum, but does not find what is this...

Hot Start
is a built-in device which produces an ideal boost to the output voltage, which eases electric arc ignition.
Anti-Sticking
is a built-in device that switches off the welding power source if the electrode sticks to the material being welded - thus preventing against overloading the unit and easing removal of the electrode.
Arc Force
prevents against short-circuits. It can be manually adjusted on high output machines and is pre-set on all others.
