These things are amazing..expensive but you cant beat them for comfort. I fit them on roof balcony's after we have fitted the torch-on roofing systems, they have the under foot feeling of children's play areas and being recycled car tires they don't burn either

Won’t burn?
I start all my big bonfires with an old tyre.maybe they’re less flammable than the cheapest?
Anyway I’ll phone them on Monday and see if the tiles can be locked together and bevelled at 3 sides.if they can reduce the aches and pains ,I can safely work until I’m 75!

if your using them infront of a lather , saw , drill etc they will be grand , never tried them at a welding station as i either move about lots , under a ramp , or sit still on a stool nice and comfy doing tig .
just call in at the local big farm suppliers , the ones i get are probably recycled car tyres , they have ridges on the back , and dots on the front and are about 25 / 30 mm thick , black , and heavy.

Wont burn as in welding spatter,grinder sparks etc unlike a molded foam type of mat. They don't lock together btw.
