It is a Parson Small Engine Valve Spring Compressor.



Now, you are as wise as I am.



With luck it will replace the version I had years ago.

Could Be, I asked a friend for a set of Small engine/ Lawn mowers Valve spring compressors.
This is what he sent.
As well as the rest in the box's
