Another use for your scanner

Been converting some B&W negatives to photo's using my normal epson scanner/printer.

Not too bad actually,you put the neg in the scanner,do a preview setup for best results scan it then take it into a paint program and reverse the negative image to photo.

I often scan negs, only most of them are new as I shoot on film, mostly black and white but lately I've been doing colour as I can develop that too

I recently scanned about 200 family photos. It's interesting to play around with the gamma setting in an image editing program, all sorts of detail you can't see with the naked eye comes out.
