Right another issue with the swifty.
Its cutting out of Square, it’s cutting parallelograms not rectangles.
On a part 250x100 the edge is about 2-3mm out of Square.
The other day my dad said the machine was making a juddering/grinding noise. He continued anyway.
I’ve since referenced the axis so I’ll have to cut another test part today to see if it’s still doing in. But what would cause that? A loose pulley or spur gear that has slipped? Maybe that would explain the juddering. I cut a part yesterday and got no juddering.
