Hello yall. This is Ian from central Florida. I work as an electrical engineer for a defence contractor. I love building cars and fabricating things. I have been welding DIY for a few years now. I am self taught and by no means good at it, but I am getting better I am happy to be here and hope to gain as much insight as I can.

A belated welcome

Good to have you on the forum. Most of us here are into welding for much the same reasons. I'm also self taught but have learned loads from the forum - altered my techniques quite a lot.

Do join in and share what you're up to. Don't be afraid to ask stupid questions either (I'd hate to be the only one).
