Ok, still not following really.
Yes you can rotate etc in the control once the toolpath has been generated but can't see how you can generate a toolpath on individual parts then nest then send to the control. Surely you would need to regenerate the toolpaths after the nesting?
Here is the process I use, see video below and although things have changed a bit in fusion the process is the same.
Design part in 3D
Go to manufacture space in Fusion.
Arrange on sheet
Choose parts to be cut and generate toolpaths
Generate code.
