Might want to check that the 1.0 tip has been swaped for a 0.6 one!

Update, I've used this MIG for a few more days welding up exhaust clamps and brackets onto cars and since the wires were swapped, all is well now. The contact tips where correct for the wire 0.6, as the 1mm tips are sat in the old machine.
