american chopper dvds

my little sister is motorbike mad, or more correctly building them.
she loves my biker build off dvds, so was thinking of getting her some american chopper dvds for her birthday.
when did it all start being for cameras?
seem to remember early ones weren't to bad.

also if any other suggestions on dvds along those lines for her pls share.

Can't remember what they're called but Jesse James made two or three documentaries that were quite good, one of them was about the history of choppers and had a lot of interviews with builders who were instrumental in the development of custom bikes, much better than them idiots at occ
