Amazon returns

Bought a kettle 5 months on its stopped working, can't see how to return it just tells me the returns window is closed? I assumed it would be a 12 month warrenty?
What am I missing?

You'll need to contact them, the 2 times I've needed to after the return period has passed I've had no issues getting a replacement send out using the live chat.

Just go to contact us, one of the options is live chat or such, it starts with automates responses asking you which order and so on, then it'll connect you to a person.

On pc if you scroll to the bottom of the home page you get this.

Click on customer service in bottom right corner.

Then get this

Click contact Us then continue chat

Had another root around and I have contacted the seller directly so lets see what happens, its strange how I can't just contact Amazon?
