Amazing yacht project

Some of you might be interested in 'Sailing the Farm', an eco-hippy commune with a difference..

This group of young Norwegians decided to explore the planet, so they taught themselves to TIG weld ally, and built a large sailing boat (an old Colin Archer lifeboat design I think) and are now on their way to America.

Fair play to them!

(and there's just something about a pretty girl welding in torn overalls... )

They are in the Canary Islands right now, then going across to the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal, then the Pacific Ocean!

I am prob way out and a soft but it would bother me about the pirate scum bags etc. Not exactly a man of the world lol. Envy them.
