I'm making up a set of hand rails for an external set of stairs attached to a house,
I'm making them 1050 high from top of step
The Op has sent me this link on Pinterest which is what she wants replicating
Do I need 10 horizontal bars at 20mm to keep it to the 100mm gap?
Or can I get away with less?
My brains hurting at the minute and this which is a simple calculation seems to be baffling me and Doris isnt much help with this kind of thing.

Apart from the 100mm rule to stop the short people putting their head through. Isn't there a regulation about horizontal bars and their ability to climb up and possibly go over the top?
