Aluminium pipe flare

Just finished doing some custom aluminium cooling lines and trying to figure out the best way to flare or swage the ends to provide some more grip for the clamps to stop it blowing off or would a couple tacks on it do

Look useful things but don’t think it’ll work for this ideally need a quick way to prevent 4 silicone couplers popping off I don’t think they would but with my luck if I don’t do something it will

I just tack a bit of filler wire on to the pipe

I done it with four blind pop rivets every quarter..

Grahams tools pipe beading tool they're expensive though, for one job I'd put 3-4 blobs at the end of the pipe

I made my own, just for the hell of it. I only have about a 6 pipes to do, but I didn't have any other options.
