Hi I'm making up parts for a classic motorcycle. There are some aluminium parts that I've turned and polished. Whats the best way to keep them bright without oxidizing ?
^^ This. More maintenance involved but waxes and various automotive sealents mean you don't have start over completely to fix any scratches. A decent wax like Collinite 915 has a pretty good life, for sealents stuff like Autoglym extra gloss protection will do the job if it's cleaned and reapplied regularly, takes seconds to apply compared to hard waxes and eefects the shine / 'colour' of properly polished ally less than waxes. Jetseal 109 and various other things that car detailers valeters are always banging on about are better than extra gloss protection. There are also several waaaay more spendy sealants that are supposed to last a lot longer. Shineseal is one of them, google will get you vids/reviews etc
