Hi

I have a Aluminium cylinder head that requires two small fin repairs.

Any information or recomendations for someone to carry out the repairs will be most appreciated.

Anyone who is reasonably competent with a TIG welder should be able to do this job, the only problem being is that you sometimes need to cut off out fins to get a good weld on inner ones if they are damaged. If you can find someone who does marine welding/fabrication work, they should be able to do the work for you.
