Aluminium Channel weight reduction, will this come out straight?

I need to put some aluminium channel on a diet..... See pic

The section is a 204 x 75 x 12.5 6082 about 1400 long

Do you think it will remain straight?

I was wondering if the windows in the flange should change to rectangles

It’s strong enough for it’s intended purpose, I just can’t dec if it’s going to bow when cut out

If you cut it cold, ie jigsaw or waterjet cutting is should stay straight, and if it doesn't it will straighten easily enough, thermal cutting methods, laser or plasma may distort it though.

cut it out like a steel beam then

if in horizontal use the truss method as willl be stronger yours is not based on a truss method
