Just started refurbishing a box trailer 1.5m x 1m in size.
Sides are currently varnished tongue & groove (3/4 inch I would guess) and were in a bit of a state so want to replace. Floor is shot too but that's plywood.
I plan to replace the floor with more plywood, would like to have used phenol ply but can't justify the cost.
As for the sides I was thinking ply again but would rather go for something that doesn't need maintenance and looks a bit more professional.
Anybody got any suggestions?
I have sent for a few samples from Trent plastics, considering sign maker's product called Dibond, possibly backed with ply, but they also have some fairly thick PVC panels so will see if that looks up to the job as well.
What's the stuff they make closed trailers from, anybody know where it can be bought?
Thanks
Sean
