I think I would have more luck squeezing a Volvo T5 into a KH250 frame, if I wanted a five cylinder Kwacker.

Nice simple idea and worth making.
With the Morgan vac carb tune kit I got this option a long while back when doing NA kwak 4's & turbos.

Came with 3 heads, 2 interchangeable and one fixed.
Nicely made gears and heads. Bit long compared at 500mm but never had a problem with it.
Milliyards one has a nice bend tho, cool to make them bespoke to the bike I guess.

This is definitely the weirdest round the corner screwdriver I own

Been looking for one of those for ages!.

I have on same as the original post (bought not made) and it doesn't really work all that great but the bevelled gear one looks excellent.

Used to loath doing VFR 400 (NC30) carb balances as I always ended up with burnt fingers!.

This is what I use, you can get a standard hex adapter saved me a number of times.
