I saw on Hot Deals UK that some Aldi stores had reduced their 24l compressors to £59.99 and the inline filter and oiler from £25 to 16, set of accessories (spray gun,tyre inflator etc.) down from £25 to 13. Can't do a link on my phone, but google Hot Deals UK Aldi 2.5 compressor should get you the link and pics.
This is store specific - in our Aldi only the set of air tools was reduced, compressor and other stuff was full price. Other stuff reduced included a set of ladders and a car battery jump starter/charger.
Probably not worth a special trip, but worth a look if you are near one. Remember though, the compressor is only 24l and will not run all the stuff they sell with it - like the spot blasting kit. This has been discussed a few times now I think. I bought one last year and ended up buying different fitments for the end of the airline too as they are odd fittings IIRC. Someone else one here will probably be able to explain that more clearly..
