Hi, Im not really a new member as such... Ive been registered here for a few years but realised I never introduced myself.

Having used the site as a great reference tool and the place where I bought equipment from I need to say thanks.

Unfortunalty the time has come where my personal circumstances have changed and I now need to sell a few bits. I figured it would be better to see if anyone here could use them ( one persons used stuff is anothers new). Can anyone let me know the minimum post count needed to place a post in the for sale section?

If its only a couple more then I have then cool... but I dont want to be seen as a spammer just to increase my post count

Hi there, Aaron.
I can't answer your question, as I don't really sell things, I'm far too much of a hoarder for that! There's always a future use (in my view) for even the the most obscure of items, so everything gets tucked away - just in case.
Frustratingly, now I want to know what you're selling, though. Not that I'm able to buy it, I'm a bit short right now myself, and as you've probably gathered, there's no room for it here anyway.
If, by any chance it's a VW caddy you're selling (van or pick-up - I don't mind)) just PM me with the details, 'cos I'll always find room for one of those. I'm guessing it's not one of those though, or you wouldn't be looking to advertise it on a welding forum.
Maybe it's best to look at this as a belated way of saying "Welcome to the Forum", as I have an inkling I've been of no conceivable help whatsoever, so far!

CJ, thanks for the welcome. I'm afraid it's not a caddy.. And I secretly hanker after one of those myself. Mind you if I had my way, I'd have a hanger full of projects and equipment... That reminds me, I must stick some cash on the lottery!

I'll be selling ( once I get my post count up ) a small blast cabinet, compressor and a Clarke 160tm. I'd rather hang on to them too, but current needs must.
