After a compact / mini MIG

Hello folks.

I've owned a Portamig 215A for 12+ years now and it's great, bit of a pain to move that and a full size bottle around for jobs outside my workshop.

Looking at buying a more portable / compact MIG and I'll speak to Air Products and get a smaller bottle to go with the new machine.

I'll be welding mainly box section with the new welder so 4/5mm. Thinking a 160 - 200A should do the job nicely.

Have been looking at the Parweld stuff for £600-700? Won't be using it all day every day, probably the odd few hours a month so wouldn't mind something cheaper.

One thing is a must - Euro torch! I can't stand the cheap, crappy feel of the others.

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just picked up a Jasic pro 200 for £600 used of course but it is a superb machine every bit as good as my lorch and its only 11kg so can be taken to site if need be easily. I would recomend the jasic to anyone.
