Advice please, wire feed issue

I have a Clarke 230te the wire feed stopped working today.
I have pulled the motor and gear box out. The gears look fine, I will get the motor tested in the morning.

If the motor is fine is it likely to be the PCB or is there other items to check first.

Having looked at the circuit diagram there are what I belive 2 thermal cutouts F2 and F3. It looks like one is fitted to the transformer and one fitted to the diode plate. Worth checking each one separatly (meter set on ohms and pull wires off, metering across each should give a short if good. Pins 3 and 4 of pcb are the power out to the motor (variable from about 3 to 24 vDC) if you had metered this first could have saved yourself pulling motor out as if there is no supply out to motor then it's not the motor! As usual there is no diagram of the pcb so a pic of board would help.
