Advice on multi process welders

Hi, first post on forum and I'm pretty new to welding. Had some experience using my dad's and various mates migs working on land rovers really. Now looking to buy my first machine of my own. Budget is about 500-600 for machine alone.
I want to get one that will do multi process as I want to have ago at learning Tig but dont really want to fork out for a separate machine.

Any way I've kind of got my eye one this one from SIP, has anyone seen this before and can offer a review, can't find alot through searching?

sip are not generaly recomended on the fourm you can get some good some bad of them

and there are a lot of good members that will also add a good few details in

I'd avoid the SIP simply because of their rep as of recent.
£600 will get you a decent multi process machine, you could maybe even get yourself a Jasic MIG 160C for around that money whilst they're on anniversary special for Jasic.
Maybe a little more would get you a Parweld XTM 182i which has a nicer TIG function on it (Lift start rather than scratch)

Much better options than the SIP on the market around similar money.

Thanks for the advice guys, just had a look at the jasic 160 looks nice and seems to get good press, what is the anniversary price out of interest?

It’s on until the 30th of April, they reduce pricing to their distributors out of celebration of their UK launch around 4/5 years ago.

Nah that’s just a standard price. You’d need to contact a distributor and ask about it. I’m sure one of them would sort you out.
