Hi guys I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on my problem I've a tec arc 216i ac/dc tig welder the hi frequency does not seem to be working on ac wen welding aluminum I've looked at hf points and cleaned them up I don't know what corrected gap is ? Can anyone help please my cousin had a loan of it and hasn't worked right sense doesn't sound the same doesn't buzz wen welding anymore its imposdible to get a weld pool going only on high amps seems to overheat quickly too any advice would be much appreciated
