Hi,
I have recently moved into a new workshop/shed for my business and need to kit it out with facilities and tools etc.
I have aquired a Thermalarc 155se inverted welder which come with a 110v 32amp yellow socket which i dont have a socket for.
The workshop has blue 16amp sockets on the wall which i was told were 32amp. My solution was going to be put a blue 16amp amp plug on the welder but i soon intend to purchase a mig welder as big as possible on single phase which will no doubt need tohave a 32amp plug on it.
What do i do? Dont know how keen landlord will be me changing the sockets to all 32amp!?
If anyone could explain the right plugs and sockets i should be using for what machines that would be great. Is there a rule of thumb or anything.
TIA
