Advice for Gasless to Gas

I have a Clarke 105en set up for gasless use,but i have had a go of a freinds gas welder and now i want to convert my clarke machine to gas use with a Co2 pub bottle ,dose anyone know what is needed for the conversion and how much it might cost,my clarke has a thin pipe out of the back would i need a thin to thick pipe adaptor. .

I believe there is a whole convertion kit for these little clarke gasless units so they can run on gas. I have no idea of price.

Al you need for the Clarke EN series is a regulator for the tank. PM weldequip, he has them. Be sure to specify CO2 or argon mixes as the fittings are different.

And obviously normal welding wire.

You need a small bore pipe adaptor and a co2 reg and mild steel wire

No problemo. The regulators are also available for argonmix fitting (female thread) which is what I would recommend... much nicer to use than CO2 & Clarke machines (all in fact) perform a lot better on argonmix.
