They are nice to use. Depth and angle adjust is quick and precise.On a related note, I'm lifting some floorboards to move a radiator. Mentioned it to my retired-builder neighbour and he went and got his festool plunge saw.
I said "I've got an evolution plunge saw" and he replied "aye, I know - use this". What a difference! There's nothing inherently wrong with the evolution but the festool is night and day - gotta save up...
Funnily enough I was using the poor old dewalt jigsaw on the floorboards where my borrowed festool plunge saw couldn't reach. I was a lot more aware of what the blade was doing and it did pretty well.All that and don't force it, pushing too hard always causes blade wander
