Adding waste into soil pipe

Its a bit tight under our shower room floor so the plumber fitted one of these gadgets under the tee and ran separate wastes, no gurgling or syphoning and very compact.

Most 4" branches have the wall for the insert already on them you just cut out the center and use the adapter to shove in.
