Acetylene line not accepting gas

I bought a new acetylene hose 10 meters but it won’t let gas go through it. there’s gas there when I take the hose off from flashback to hose connection but not when I take the hose off between the hose and torch. It’s a Parweld hose. There’s gas in the bottle and there’s no kinks in the hose

i bought a pair and they had one way valves the wrong way round . cut em off and used the original ones no probs

connect other end to bottle if there are valves in the union?

Think it’s the regulator now not sure going to borrow someone else’s reg now as used old hose which has a few burn holes in but still useable and that doesn’t seem to work either.

what for put the regulator and fl;shbacks on the bottle and turn it on if nowt comes out take the flashback off and try again if still nothing its the reg as long as the bottle has gas in it and the shutoff valves let gas past

You have checked that you've connected the hose with the check valve at the correct end?

Modern hoses with check valves as part of the crimped connected, it isn't obvious there is a check valve unless you're actually looking for it..
