I'd need to cut multiple slotted holes to many 25x25mm angle irons and their position should be accurate. I've got Sheetcam and Myplasm as well as cnc plasma table. The problem is that how to accurately position the pattern of slots to the angle iron? My idea is to add simple jig that the parts will always be on the same position. Then add Wixey WL133 crosshair laser to the torch to indicate the center of torch. But then comes the tricky part, how to know the correct starting position so that the pattern is at the right distance from the corner of the angle iron? I've tried to search if Sheetcam has reference line or construction line which would be visible in the Myplasm control screen, but the control would not try to cut that path. But haven't found that functionality to exist. There must be some easy way to position other than cut - measure - adjust - cut....
