Hello, need to bend some 100mm wide 6mm MS to 90 degrees accurately. One leg needs to be 70mm in length, the other 30mm, the longer leg has a tappered end with a radius and a 12mm hole 20mm in from one end. I'm thinking the easiest way to make this would be getting the pattern laser cut then press braking it, but I don't have a brake, nor do I know anyone with one. Was wondering if any one has used a flypress or hydraulic shop press to do this kind of thing and was it successful? Or should I try shaping it out of an unequal angle section. I need the accuracy to be within 1mm and I've got 32 in no to make.
Any thoughts would be greatly appriciated.
Cheers, Jack
