ABS question on part numbers.

Having trouble finding a replacement ABS block for my Renault Kangoo. The part numbers need to match up, but I don't know by how much.
Duff one is 0265 800 656 (085) 76705 H0476.
I can get one easily with the number 0265 800 335 (085) 49210 N2303. Off a Kangoo, but a bit earlier than mine. Been round a few yards, got one, but didn't work..

Has to be used, as a new one is more than the car is worth..

Any thoughts on this?

The first 10 digits are Bosch part numbers, the (085) is on quite a lot of Bosch products, and doesn't relate to the actual part. The numbers after that are likely date/production codes.
To compare different part numbers, you'd really need the Renault part numbers so you could check for supersessions, as Bosch aren't likely to release supersession data for OEM parts.

Go to the main stealers and get the part number then search on eBay
