ABAC Compressor Issue

If I’m done using the compressor I’ll always turn it off at the pressure switch then pull the plug from socket never while it’s running/filling. Now that you mention it does leak slightly from somewhere (I assumed poorly sealed thread on my behalf) and if there’s air in the tank say half full and I come back next day it’s usually empty or 90% empty so there is a small leak somewhere

get the soapy water out and a paint brush test for the leak ,take the pipe off from the pump and check the one way valve 1st on the tank if its loosing pressure over nite because once the air is in the tank it can only be that passing air or leak on the tank fittings hardly likely

If the NRV is leaking slightly, it'll vent through the pressure switch until the point the pressure switch drops low enough to want the compressor to cut in, at which point it'll stop venting, and pressure would then start building up in the pipe to the compressor.
However, if the compressor is turned off by using the pressure switch, then it should be venting until it's switched back on.

Hi everyone sorry for the delay but I replaced the pressure switch and delivery pipe 2 days ago. Been using the compressor heavily since replacing these parts for removing some old underseal and it has been working perfectly, filling perfectly(pressure switch needs adjusted a little bit as only filling to around 120psi) and starts up perfectly if left overnight with air in the tank and no leaks also. Thanks everyone for the help !
