The one I was taught to remember the resistor colour code can't be shown on a family friendly forum
Skew/mitre cuts expressed as xx mm skew on drawings gets me too. Our saw has degrees on it, not mm
I prefer the mm on bigger stuff, saw has degrees, but only takes a fraction of a degree to be miles out on bigger stuff.
Always helpful when slightly either side of 45 and you arn't quite sure.
