A question for the hive mind ..

I'm replacing the rubbery dangley bits that stop the mud and wet getting into the engine bay and suspension on my old Mazda 4x4 truck I'm gonna make the new shields out of inner tube... Does anyone know what these fastenings are called ,and where can I get some on line ...ta ...

When I was at Sanderson/Claas/Caterpillar we called them scrivets and they can be found easily on line in several sizes, patterns and colours.

My car used push pin fasteners for the pieces under the arch. I tried inner tube but it rotted quite quickly when exposed to the elements and I ended up doing them again with some plastic sheet instead.
