This is what will cause a problem for the smaller to medium fabricators because to be blunt its doubtful that they will already be employing someone with enough knowledge to be deemed suitable as the RWC.
regarding this, what would be deemed enough knowledge ?
main reason for asking is been fabricating stuff for a couple or three years now and i'm getting bored atm so imo it's ether look at upgradeing self a few levels and possobly changing jobs to assist in doing so. or start looking into doing something diffrent. it's pritty much certan i wouldn't have enough knowledge of the subject currently but with meany things it's easyer to get there if you know where your going.
