Not sure about that one but looks like similar to what Yeswelder made so maybe a knock off design? Yeswelder look a bit more legitimate (Kickstarter project) and the first of their UK sales are supposed to be arriving here in November. No idea how reliable the machines will be yet but it looks to be the future for a lot of hobbyists anyway if it does what it says on the tin.

Multi process machines are usually severely compromised everywhere or expensive … often both

If it was that easy everyone would be offering some
