Found to day £10 19 Ins x 8 high & heavy
Ran the belt sander over it will leave it alone, has a square hole in base
Was doing a job & saw it in the corner asked do you want to sell & if so how much? the beak is good edges are not to bad at all & face is just surface marks the deepest bow is less than 1.5mm over about 50mm
There is no name that I can read will wire brush it looks as if there is was something there.
Rings nice over whole face & rebound good, sounds as if I know what I am talking about

Does it have a casting or manufacture mark on it?

A sweet find, can you tell us were it was found? It is in good order.

That's a lovely find, and an even nicer price.

Very nice. When you mount it on a stand put a thin layer of plasticine under the anvil, it kills the ring which will drive you mad if you use it a lot.
