Took a little break from studies today
Bought some fly screens for front and back doors, they lasted a couple of hours before they fell apart
So quick rummage in the workshop and a raid of the material store I found some painted tube and a few off cuts of aluminium. 15 mins on the lathe and I’ve come up with this
It’s like one of those chin up bars but smaller and lighter. One End has a fixed End with a rubber pad, other End is drilled and tapped for an 8mm bolt, also with rubber disc on End. Place into door frame and nip it up. Will go and get some sink plug chain type chain on a roll and I’ll have a custom fly screen
