Thought I'd share some work I've been up to

Some clown butchered a hole in my cab floor, so i thought I'd patch it up, treat and repaint the floor

Ended up rebuilding the whole interior

I have loads of problems blowing holes in thin steel. What thickness is the steel you are using? whats your secret? mine never look that neat!!!!

No some idiot decided to put the sink somewhere else and just hacked a hole in the floor for the waste, didn't even block up the pipe surround so the floor and carpet were wet and mouldy

Cheers It's 1mm sheet from a motor panel factors, i think it helped i was welding from above, no real secret just the stop start technique

This was my first ever weld on a vehicle too
