I've got a property I rent out in a neighbouring village, the tenant has given notice to leave he has moved out but still has the garage to clear. I went over to have a look on Thursday and the grass was about 2ft tall. So I bought myself a new strimmer on Friday a stihl fs91. Today I went there to attack the grass it started well the stihl had loads of power for the long and very thick grass, until I hit a large cat sh1t hidden in the grass, it went everywhere my trousers, my t shirt, my face and a bit hit my lip. The smell was horrendous, even after a shower I can still smell it.

Old coat on backwards and a faceshield……id with hold the deposit until all the cat sh1t removed!

Slightly different circumstances but I find that if I let my grass grow just a tad too long (A few days over normal cuts) people seem to believe they no longer need to lift their dog s**t. I am a dog owner myself and under no circumstances would I leave a present behind but its definitely a thing as I get 2 or 3 gifts any time my grass gets just a touch too long

I always wear my old chainsaw helmet as it's got ear defenders and a faceshield when petrol strimming.

I've left my front 'lawn' for 3 weeks now, looks a bit of a mess with 10 different types of grass, moss, dandelions, daisies etc. So, this afternoon, after a blistering hot day, and a long ride on the bike, I get home and decide I will trim a neat strip around each side, just so it doesn't look totally abandoned.It’s all your own fault, you are not meant to cut grass in May it allows all the bugs etc to thrive.
As soon as I had the leccy mower out and hooked up.... it started to rain!

I've got myself covered in some kind of fast setting epoxy glue I got with my new staircase, today. Bloody stuff sets in 5 minutes and I didn't notice the quarter landing had shifted and was miles out of square
I had to hammer the thing apart ASAP before it was too late and that meant rolling around in it.
It's all over my hands, arms, back, neck shoulders and I've just found some in my hair!
It's like a scene out of Debbie Does Dallas

Well, Sh1t happens, as they say.
I usually get snails, but son got hit in the face with a lump of flint. Bled like nobodies business, and looked like he had a hare lip.
Must wear a face shield, or goggles at the very least and keep your mouth closed !
