8-10mm sleeve is this something i can buy off the shelf

wondering if this has a name for an off the shelf part

i have a 10mm hole that id like to sleeve so its an 8mm hole ,doesnt need to be too accurate or fancy material

You can get 10mm dia erw in 1.5 wall thickness that would give you 7mm inside, tack it in and stick a drill through it, or cut a piece a bit longer than you need so that you can hold it by the end in a vice without crushing it and drill with a hand drill, and then cut it to length, or even better find someone with a lathe.

Just checked and I have a piece of 10mm od x 8mm bore stainless tube that i could cut a piece off for you if its any use.
