Afternoon everyone. I have been rebuilding the tipper/buck on my 7.5t lorry. The ram mounts are bolted through on two pieces of channel. The channel and angle iron are welded over the top of a 3mm sheet off steel and welded to the bottom and middle beams. Both are being replaced. Is this the normal way bulkhead on lorries are done.
