6mm too 2.5mm box various welds critical

hey all. As you can see from my work of art i haveattatched i need to weld some 6mm flatbar to make the mounts for my A Arms for an off road kart. anyways i could o with some advise on how too weld all the different bits. The main reason i am asking is i only have a supermig 150 and as these are "critical" i would like you guys opinions on what you think the best way to go about it is

Ive also conveniently Numbered the welds to maybe help save some hassle

150 a is fine just chamfer the edges and put in a small rood gap, to aid penetration, IMHO (critical weld) and help advice shouldn't be used together, anything that is critical should be done by someone who knows what they are doing still least you weren't trying to weld an rsj supporting 20 tonnes and asking for advice on welding it

Lmfao yeh agreed haha (im sure there has been one or two in the past though cant blame them for trying but you can blame them if your under that 20 tonne

Its not that extreme but will take a beating so i wasn't sure how too write it lol im much better with my hands than my brain , i put "quote" marks to as i wasn't sure what to say lol 1 i think i have achived the opasite and 2 i forgot the title haha

As for your suggestion i thought as much, but i can tend too over-think and i convinced myself i was missing something lol thanks though buddy

Yeh just put a small root gap in, and weld with a couple of passes, plenty of shielding gas and you should be fine, if u have spare material do a test piece, hold it in a vice and to a break test with a 4lb hammer
