Cheers, it's the screws that I am finding it virtually impossible to source, I could buy them from a motorcycle dealer for an arm & a leg.
They must be available elsewhere
I take it these are for a bike fairing. The panel nuts will be easy enough to find, but stainless shoulders with right shoulder depth could be tricky. I bought some for another porpoise and they were eye-watering in stainless... was only one place I could get right depth.
Might be was well to stump up for the OEM ones, there can't be many of them to buy.

That is an option of course, but quite some years ago I enquired at a Honda dealership about some small, thin plastic fairing backing washers. Quoted £1 each plus vat. Don't mind paying but not silly prices if I have an option.

Why not make some?, 6mm stainless tap bolt with the head of your choice and slip a collar over it made to suit your purpose, with a small lathe it would not take long, or you might even find some stainless tube that just needs cutting to length for each one.Collars could be locktited to bolt to make it into a unit.
Sleeving is an option that I considered, and not having a lathe, seems the way to try in the abscence of a 'proper job'

Still say it's worth pricing, Silvers, Lings, etc. Sometimes for the time taken to save a couple of quid it's just not worth it. If you like I'll dig out the place I got mine, but M16 ones, 20mm collar, Allen shallow head, were like £15 each... Did find another place at £3 ea + VAT, but not the right collar.
They look similar to ones on my Triumph, but no idea if the collar depth is the same. The other option of course is a trawl round a breakers.
