75A, with pedal but very little backing off on the large fillet. probably closer to 65A for the butts as it heated up
90Hz for most of it, 110Hz for the sensor bung and a couple of other small diameter fillets
Balance was 72% EN

Many thanks. My welder is away at the moment as i'm moving into a new workshop near caterham. Will give it ago when i get it back out. I have lots of ally on the way so much more practice is needed for me.
