first off i need to weld some 32NB pipe med and heavy to come 5mm plate. are the 6011 electrodes suitable for fillet welding? my welder will do up to 160amps stick and 200amp tig. i also have a 150amp mig currently set up on gasless (does gas too)

The 6013's should be fine, but low-hydrogen electrodes are best used for welds that require a higher degree of strength and ductility. Although you may have to drag the weld slightly and keep a tighter arc length. And don't forget you need to dry them before use in an electrode oven or similar equipment.
