5" or 125mm extractir fan high power

My brother has turned one of our spare bathrooms into a paint spraying and resin printing den. No windows sadly.
He has built a small worktop spray booth. Only for airbrushing models.
Currently using an inline 5" fan leading to the outside world.
Airflow is only about 200cm per hour. Motor about 30w.
Can you get better fans around 50w or even 100? What far more suction.
I know duct size helps but leaf blowers and industrial vacs manage

Placing a duct, one end connected to the fan, the other end close to the source of smell/solvent vapour, makes a huge difference in terms of efficiency in removing the smell/solvent vapour.

Leaving aside all the worries about LEL and unsuitable fans, has the room got an air inlet? - can have all the fan power you want trying to exhaust air, but unless you let air in . . .

Once you get a bit of ducting involved a centrifugal fan is much better also whatever your extracting doesnt get extracted over the motor

Better than the ones I was looking at.
But why do they have such big feeble motors?
They are all pretty big and obstruct flow quite a bit. Also low wattage.
Obviously all designed for bathrooms and low noise.
Electric drill motors etc are much higher wattage and much smaller diameter.
There seems to be a bit of a gap in the market for a small diameter high speed motor. Don't care if its 500W or more. Won't be on long.

Kitchen hood fan? They might be rated as non sparking? If my kitchen door and window are shut, the fan will pull the door open.

Computer style blowers and axial fans are generally brushless and should be non sparking.
I have one of these from China, it shifts plenty of air.

An RC ducted fan would probably get you very high power/airflow but plenty of noise as I think they are smaller.

I've been planning to use a 30w 12v blower fan for my lathe smoke extraction, goes through 1meter of 32m tube, plenty of pressure and air flow.

I haven’t looked at flow rates but how about repurposing a cabinet or central heating oil burner. The motors can be 100w and upwards. Remove the fuel pump and ignition control module etc and add a switch to run the motor continuously

@fizzy I fitted a Tornado box fan to my plasma table and it will (almost) suck a fly off the wall at 20 feet. Quiet, very effective and cheap, if you go second hand. Try searching eBay.
