Here is why I need a welder.
Building a fourstroke for racing hopefully next year.Using a xt 600 motor,Husqvarna cr79 frame yz490 front end.

Motor needs squeezing in frame,

Ive not yet collected my welder,and its holding up the build.But heres a couple of picky's wont bore you with the full details.This is to test carbs fit in place. Exaust fits in frame

Chain run line up fabricate brackets 10mm alloy. Need to make special foot rest to allow for full travel of kickstart.Im a dab hand with a soldering iron.

Engine drops down to line drive up to pivot point on swingarm.

nice ...............bout time we saw some pics...keep em coming. good work on the front engine mounts, but I'm not sure, but don't think that kick starter will pass scrutineering though. thinks its 15mm copper tube max???

Got my welder at last can get a move on. frame work starts, rails welded in to place. Square frame up and tack foot rests in place. Making sure kick start travel is free

Rear wheel off the xt needs fitting in husky swingarm.
1 brake lock welded to arm.
2 Join pedal to brake arm
3 tack foot rest and pedal to frame
4 swap chain runner to opersite side.
